Barre & Breathe is a restorative, low-impact flow combining gentle Pilates and barre sequencing with intentional breathwork to help you stretch, relax, and reset after a busy holiday season.

We’ll flow inside our private bridal studio, surrounded by beautiful wedding dresses, with the room dim and chandeliers glowing to create a peaceful atmosphere. Whether you’re getting married or just want an excuse to step inside the studio, this is your chance — bring a friend and enjoy a unique movement experience in a dreamy setting.
